Filleting knife from curly birch

Curved and bendy filleting knife. The metal part is made of stainless steel. Blade length 17 cm. In addition to birch there is grey reindeer horn and dark reindeer skin. stem length 9 – 11 cm.

NOTE. The pattern and the color of the birch varies from dark brown to light brown. The kitchen products also use reindeer horn and reindeer leather. Each combination is unique. The ends of the kitchen utensils are straight or bevelled. Wash birch products by hand.
